Since 1818, Pillivuyt has been producing fine porcelain
in France, using techniques that have not changed since the company was founded. In the 1920's, the Brasserie collection was created by Pillivuyt for restaurants and cafés that wished to have their menus printed on their dinnerware. These patterns retain the French menus 
with their original prices. The classic black typography 
on the white porcelain background gives this dinnerware
